Join us on October 29, 2022 for the fourth and final installment of our Seasons of Change series as we reflect, create, move, and share our experiences with each other. The fall season has much to teach us about the cyclical nature of time and change. In the fall, we have a chance to be with and honor endings and closings. This season’s event will be a winding path through the autumn of our souls, including imagery, song and poetry, exploration through movement, journaling and sharing. We will leave with intentions for the season and tools to continue our inner transformation.
