• what goes on behind the scenes on the Weekend
• the processes and how to support the team in doing them
• how to prepare the goal card
• how to be present and in containment with the participants
• how to tap into your own wise woman to be present for the women on the Weekend

All staff applications are due 60 days before the Weekend you wish to staff. If the staff training is scheduled after the application deadline, just note on your application the date you will be attending the training. We strongly recommend registering for this training if you haven’t staffed in five years or more!
