Woman Within Eastern USA – Online Circle Training

When: Saturday, March 25, 2023, 9am to 4pm EST and Sunday, March 26, 2023, 9am to 3pm EST  (time subject to change)

Where: Zoom (login instructions will be emailed prior to the training)

Who Can Attend: This training is open to all women 18 and older.  Space is limited to 20 women

Registration Deadline: Thursday, March 16, 2023 by 8:00 PM (no exceptions due to prep work)

In this training, you will learn:

• How to create a safe space where a woman can connect to self and other women
• How to share your experiences and own your feelings in an empowering, healthy way
• How to use active listening skills without rescuing, interrupting or judging
• The basic foundations that make for a strong, healthy Circle
• Methods of communication to keep your Circle vibrant and engaged, even during conflict

Why Participate in this Workshop?

Sitting in Circle is a journey of deepening self-awareness and wisdom.  It’s also a place to de-stress and be yourself.  As you sit in Circle and tap into your authentic self, you can learn to be your true self in all aspects of your life.  If you are not in a Circle, this training is a great place to start.  And if you already sit in a Circle, this training can help you trust your inner knowing and put it into practice.

For all of us – when we pay more, we know that we are helping others to access the event. When we pay in the middle, we know we are supporting WWE events. And when we pay at the lower end, we know we are letting the community hold us and support us. All of these are wonderful and acceptable ways of participating and paying it forward.
