Woman Within Circle Training will set the standard and introduce you to a new set of communication skills needed for a successful Woman’s Circle. You will learn to create a safe, confidential, cohesive group that can support each other’s path towards empowerment without judgement, advice or storytelling.

In this training, you will learn:
-How to create safe space where women can connect to herself and other women.
-How to share your experiences and own your feelings in an empowering, healthy ways.
-How to use active listening skills without rescuing, interrupting or judging.
-The basic foundations that make for a strong, healthy Circle.
-Methods of communication to keep your Circle vibrant and engaged, even during conflict.
Why Participate in this Workshop?
Sitting in Circle is a journey of deepening self-awareness and wisdom. It’s also a place to de-stress and be yourself. As you sit in Circle and tap into your authenticity, you can learn to be your true self in all aspects of your life. If you are not currently sitting in a Circle, this training is a great place to start. And if you already sit in a Circle, this training can help you trust your inner knowing and put it into practice.
When: Saturday, December 6, 2025 9:00am to 4:00pm EST and Sunday, December 7, 2025 9:00am to 3:00pm EST (time subject to change)
