Staffing the Weekend
One way to step into leadership is by staffing a Woman Within Weekend; anywhere in the world. As a staff member, women receive many gifts – continued growth, new skills, and deeper connection with other women. The Woman Within Staff Training is required before staffing the Weekend.
Facilitation and Team Leader Tracks
At the Weekend, besides general staff, there are team leaders and a facilitation team. Both are valuable – and very different. Team leaders guide staff into seamless integration of programming throughout the Weekend. Facilitators learn how to support Weekend participants as they undertake deep emotional work.
Each Woman Within region has specific requirements in order to become a team leader or facilitator. What matters is that you express your interest in starting your leadership journey.
Other Leadership Opportunities
Many women volunteer their time to serve on local councils and our regional board. There are programs to organize, social media to promote, merchandise to sell, websites to maintain. We invite you to explore the many facets of being part of Woman Within.
