Staff Training Requirement

Woman Within Staff Training is required for women wishing to staff the Woman Within Weekend for the first time. Learn what goes on behind the scenes on the Weekend: the processes and how to do them; how to be present and in containment with the participants; and, most importantly, how to tap into your own wise woman to be present for the women on the Weekend.

This Training is open to all Woman Within Weekend graduates. Even if you are not yet ready to commit to staffing a Weekend, this important training is open to you. Afterward, you can apply to staff anywhere in the Woman Within International network. Training is offered before each scheduled Weekend.

Learn the skills involved in staffing, including:

• What goes on behind the scenes on the Weekend
• The processes and how to support the team in doing them
• How to prepare a goal card
• How to be present and in containment with the participants
• How to tap into your own wise woman to be present for the women on the Weekend

 

COST:

The sliding scale training fee is listed below for women taking it for the first time. It is free for women who have previously taken it and have staffed before.

All staff applications are due 60 days before the Weekend you wish to staff. If the staff training is scheduled after the application deadline, just note on your application the date you will be attending the training. We strongly recommend registering for this training if you haven’t staffed in five years or more!
