Woman Within Team Leader Track

Becoming a team leader

The Woman Within Weekend cannot happen without this pivotal position. The team leader organizes the entire team of staff volunteers throughout the weekend. If you are organized, calm under pressure, a good multitasker, and interested in motivating women to work together, this may be the position for you.

There are several requirements:

  • Completion of Skills and Level 2
  • Be very familiar with the structure of the Woman Within Weekend
  • Staffed as nurturer at least once and ATL at least five times
  • Staffed the Weekend at least three times as a team leader-in-training
  • You must submit a request to the Woman Within Eastern USA info@womanwithineasternusa.org in order to be approved to continue leadership training toward becoming a Certified Team Leader within Woman Within Eastern USA
