POLICY: Woman Within Eastern USA (WWE) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement Policy applies to the WWE web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the WWE web site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of Personal Information
WWE collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home address or telephone number. WWE also may collect anonymous demographic information which is not unique to you such as your ZIP code.
The information about our members (name, address, email address, phone number) is held within the WWE website database and used to provide member information within our organization. This information is only available to members who use their username and password to log into the “Member Only” portion of our website. This information is available to our members for the sole purpose of community building and connection among our members – WWE members do NOT have permission to share this information with anyone outside of organization for any purpose.

WWE collects and uses your personal information to operate the WWE web site and to deliver the services you have requested.
WWE does not sell, rent or lease its member lists to third parties.

Our compliance with the law includes the Federal CAN-SPAM Act which requires Woman Within Eastern USA to provide you the ability to remove yourself from our e-mail lists at any time by faxing us at 706-569-0794, or by calling us at 706-569-0896, or by e-mailing WWE at info@womanwithineasternusa.org and requesting same. There is information on how to remove yourself from our e-mail lists at the bottom of each e-mail we send you. WWE assumes we have your permission to send you future e-mails until you tell us otherwise by using one of the available methods listed above.

Using a controlled environment monitored by our web hosting company, AlterCube, WWE secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
